non-standard mail "non-standard mail" means any postal article which does not fulfill the criteria of a standard mail, MelRakyat, postcard or periodical, weighs not more than 2 kg and does not exceed 600 mm in length, 250 mm in width and 30 mm in thickness for an article which is enveloped or 600 mm in length and 100 mm in width for an article which is rolled;
